How do I select the right colour?All of our tans are designed to suit all skin types, but we have created a tan menu and prescriber to make the decision easy for you - view tan menu

How do I enter Simply Tanned?Arrive at the main door up to 10 minutes before your booking. Select Bluetooth Check In on the app's home page. Wait for your phone to connect with the door reader, then push the door to enter. *If the reader goes green but the door won't open please try again, and pull the door back before pushing it open. Please note: you can only access the Tan Room at your scheduled time.

When should I get my tan?We suggest scheduling your spray tan 2 days in advance for optimal development. However, if you get tanned just 1 day before, you'll still achieve a lovely colour.

Is there a bathroom available?There is no bathroom available in the salon.

What should I bring to my appointment?We suggest bringing: Loose clothing Slip on shoes Blending brush or blending mitt (mini puffs available) Hair tie Everything else is supplied.

How long will the spray tan last?Your spray tan can last up to 5-7 days depending on the solution you select and the condition of your skin. Daily moisturising and maintaining skin hydration will help ensure a long-lasting, even tan.

Are there cameras at Simply Tanned?There is a camera in the main waiting room for your safety and to help us assist you if you need help at any time. There is no camera in the Tanning Room.

Do I need an account to make a booking?Yes, you need to create an account to book and access our salon. Your account will also enable Bluetooth entry.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?You can cancel or reschedule an appointment as long as we have at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise, you will forfeit your session, and the full amount will be deducted from your account.

How to reach us?If there is an emergency, please text or call the number supplied in the Simply Tanned app.

Can I enter the tan room early?You may enter the waiting room 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. You will only be able to enter the tan room at the exact time of your booking.

What is supplied in my spray tanning session?Personal wipes, sticky feet, barrier cream, blending puffs, nose filters, disposable hair nets and g-strings & tanning stickers.

How should I prepare for my tan?Exfoliate and shave the day before your spray tanning session. The day of your appointment, refrain from using moisturisers, perfumes, lotions, oils or deodorants that may create a barrier between the skin and the tanning solution. You may resume using these after your first shower.

Will my skin look orange?No. The advanced technology currently used in sunless tanning solutions is designed to ensure a natural, bronze tan.
